600 to 650 seems to be about the average range I have seen on these boards.

Sounds about what the tuner in ma. said.
Do you usually bring the car in and watch or video the dyno or have to drop it off and leave it until its done?

also, how long does a typlical FI tune take? Realize that there are many factors here so curious to hear what people have expereinced. and how is the time split between on dyno tuning vs steady state driving?

$599 for dyno tune and $100 install injectors is what we charge down here.

If you are referring to Slowhawk in Bridgewater, MA your car is in good hands.. One of the only guys that would ever touch my personal car if I lost all the abilities to type on a keyboard

Nice!!! Near us on the gulf coast??? We have a pack of FI FSP Corvettes out of the Tampa/Riverview area that roll to all the local meets usually weekly.

You'll be all set with the Slowhawk tune.. If you ever add any upgrades I'd be glad to do a tweak or two for you. We get a lot of northerners that move down here, I'm always glad to see a Doug ECS, Don Slowhawk, or Fran RPM car come in for additional power/tune. I know they are put together correctly and tuned right.

Yes , I cant wait to live somewhere where I can use my cars and get parts and help.
We are trying to decide on a few waterfront homes in port richey or hernando beach.
I was also wondering if I need to have it tuned again after adding headers and no cat x pipe? I do not want to do it twice but can not spend anymore because what I have spent was going to the move and shipping registering 4 car 4 bikes 2 trailers and a sea doo.
It was either drive the vette /tow the others myself or buy a supercharger..gotta have a supercharger.

If Doug@ECS reads this, he may just cut you off .

To OP $600 is about right for MAF tune, but more for SD.

PowerTech performance in St. Petersburg / Tampa can do FI dyno tuning for $500.00 and injector install for an hour of labor

Ya they do.
They are an honest business. They fix a lot of other guys garbage from little pop up shops, and they don't call other vendors and shops behind your back to screw you.
Just an honest busy shop.
They are having a dyno day in May. All the funds raised go to help St. Judes cancer research. You should stop by if your in the area
