Running a cam or any mods with the out of box eforce tune is a bad idea. I doubt it would even idle well since it would be setup for a stock cam.
That being said, you can do the even smarter move of not buying an eforce and just getting the ECS kit.

I'm picking up a Grand Sport LS3 that already has mild cam ... 217° - 225° degrees duration from Cam Motion
Would it be possible to keep this cam installed if I add a mild blower later on? (6-8 PSI or so)

The duration of the stock LS3 cam is 204° - 211° degrees duration
The problem is with the LSA of the NA cam you now have ... A supercharged engine needs a higher number LSA than the NA engines do ... Case in point ... The LSA of the LS9 engine is 122° degrees. I am betting that the LSA on the cam you have now is maybe in the 113° degree range.
Am I right ?

There is nothing wrong with the duration of that cam for a daily driver ... Just for comparison, the stock ZR1 / LS9 cam has a duration of 211° - 230° degrees

its listed as 114 + 2
I am not looking for max power with the blower, but if I can safely get my 100-125 Whp ill be fine with that.
As it stands now its making about 475 whp
What do you think
