Curious as to what you FI guys' spark tables look like. Here is mine. I've been playing with the tune so looking for comparisons. I run a D1SC, SC cam, LS3 heads and intake, headers. Haven't tuned in the meth yet. Thanks
I'll take a screen shot when I get home in the morning. I run a more timing at light load and lower airflow than you do. I also run more from 2000-4200 under boost. Maybe 3 degrees more if memory serves. Do you have meth?
I'm just getting some ideas. I'll make small changes and log results. I just got done fixing my non WOT fuel and moving on to spark. I'm running around 10 lbs
currently have my main high/lo and idle base/advance all set to the above table. Car is running great. FT are all within 5 or under, all surging, bucking, back fire etc gone. Will wire up and calibrate my WB and do some WOT pulls. I have a WB right now to my aeroforce gauge but I am installing a AFX. Had my car tuned by a professional who really messed things ups. Had all wrong injector data (not sure how as ID post them all on their web), trims were way off and all kinds of other bad stuff. Here is the tune I am working on. Please take a look and see if anything looks odd as I am learning (probably should have picked an easier car to learn right lol).
Want to note that I have not done any WOT tuning. This is set by the tuner and I haven't made any changes to it. I see some conservative AFR's being commanded but will leave as is until I have my WB wired up.
I posted this on HPT but thought I would post here as well as there may be more people here running the flip drive and have expereinced this. If not I will test and post results. thanks
have a 2006 C6. I have a flip drive on it and during cold ECT starts the belt on the alternator and PS will squeal (bad) until the alternator voltage gets up to 14 or so, it starts under 12. It doesn't take long, the colder the longer. So was thinking about changing a couple of things but wanted to hear opinions here please.
1.Raise the cranking spark in the cold areas
2.Raise the start up time in the
3.Change the alternator start up delay
Unreal ended up loosening alternator his belt just a c hair and it shut the squeal up. Mine did the same thing. I loosening the belt and then tightened it back down. I didn't go crazy on how tight it is. Seems like if you make the belt too tight it squeals.

I loosened it a little, maybe not enough. But it is odd that it only happens at cold start and only until volts climb to 14. Maybe the belt is warm and a bit strecthed but it seems more related to voltage than belt tension.
