So I am about to have my custom twin turbo vette done by the end of August, and I am kinda worried about the intake. I have a FAST102 and the shop recommended that I have all the intake runners epoxied along with some other things, I told them no problem and that they could have the guy that does there head work go ahead and do whatever needs to be done to it. they also said they don't know the reliability of the intake past 30 lbs.. Now I am not sure how many lbs I will be running, but we are putting 67/66's. any advice on the intake you guys are running would be greatly appreciated.
I'm running a bone stock one but I don't see porting hurting it. If I had money spewing out of my holes I would run a ported (well if that was the case I would run a billet one). If you have the money go for the porting.e. I traded my fast 102 for a stock one +$600. I'm sure you can find someone who would do the same.
