Can the Z06 diff fit a 4L60 (2005 Z51) with an adapter kit?

Can it? Yes. RPM can build a 4l60 that will fit. Needs a different shaft though.

Just looking at options. I have an 05 rear and since I am only pushing 563rwhp and 20 inch tires and never go to the track I am considering options as RPM might be over kill for me. The adapter plate alone isn't cheap.

More than an adapter plate, you need the 30 spline shaft too which is $1300-1400.
