Default Enough Belt wrap?

I decided to go down one pulley, so went down a belt size as well.
I bought 2 belts, the next size smaller, and the one smaller than that.
The smallest belt, i could not get to go on whatsoever.
The other belt went on fairly easily. I went to tighten up the tensioner on the ECS Bracket, and i was able to bottom out. So I am thinking it is too long. I backed it off a hair and made up the bolts again and this is what i have.
So my question is, does this look legit, or do i need to find a miracle way to get the next size belt on?

Looks good to me. You will slip at the crank before slipping on a pulley that size IMO

How far did the spring tensioner move? If it has plenty of throw, it won't be an issue. If it barely moved then you will.

I set the spring tensioner in the middle when i adjusted the one on the ECS bracket.

My bottom pulley is an IW 10% overdrive.

Im pretty sure im good, just wanted to double check

The adjustable idler up top can be adjusted as close as a piece of paper between, they will never hit. The important part is the spring tensioner, Try to have it as open as possible, it is surprising how much the belt stretches at WOT. Making the tensioner bottom out.
