Default 4 Bolt Limit?

We are building a full race car with an LS setup. The motor is a 370 inch with AFR Heads. The motor/trans combo has been a 5.01 in the 8th in another car, but we are switching to Methanol and getting a newer turbo and hoping to make a bit more power (22-26 psi). My question is at what hp does the 4 bolt setup give up? ARP hardware throughout obviously.

Standard ARP head studs are hit an miss soo much is the tune up etc... I've run the ARP L19's 1200+rwhp. The standard 8740's I haven't run is soo long the only thing I have to go off of is Bills car (5liter eater) has been making 950-1000rwhp on them for a long time. Lifted on the No2 @1125ish. GL!

The basic ARP pro series studs with ls9 gaskets will hold 1000whp and 24 psi all day long with a good tune. I know guys that have pushed 28-30 psi without issue. Head, block, and gasket prep are very important.

You can always torque the studs down a extra 10lb/ft as well, just make sure they use those specs for the torque plates when they machine the block.
