Default need fuel system help e85

Motor build is a 13:5:1 e85 motor.
Lsx 440.with trickflow 245s. Thing I need help with is the fuel system. First seeing if ls1 height injectors will fit holley fuel rails and not hit anything in a 06 base. Next will 72lbs be okay don't know what fuel pressure to run them at. Next do I need a return style system? This car will be NA also shooting for above 600rwhp on e85. If a return system is needed which block off plug for through passenger side tank? Anything else needed for the tanks ? Also I have two AEM e85 fuel pumps that flow 320lph@43psi would two or one work on my setup? Or do I need a single walbro 450lph fuel pump? Like to run one but if have to run two I can. Just want to do this once and not twice. Do I need a different hat like the fore innovation billet hat to run dual pumps or can I hack up my bucket? I've called a lot of shops but they just want to sell me 1000rwhp insane systems and I am wanting info on what works not What makes a salesman pocket full

My nitrous setup is standalone so no worries of it taking fuel from the car.

I also wouldn't worry about the block off in th passenger side for NA use.

Well if it needed a bap at 700 it probably barely supports 600 without one.

that pump is only rated at 700 pr so crank hp on e85.

I did the two aem just to cover my bases....

I built a 434 with 13.5:1 comp.

So similar build. I know the walbro and the stock z06 pump look pretty much identical and I maxed one out on my old setup.

So I knew I needed more pump for this build.

Since you have the twin aem already might as well use them...

The FRPP 80lb injectors are really nicely priced and easy to find reliable injector data for. So I pretty much just always use those on any build....

Where did u get a dual pump hanger from ? Also the walbro 450 is a lot bigger at the bottom than the stock pump flows lot more than the stock unit. I'm just trying to figure out best setup and what power did you make with the 434?

I've had it for some time. Don't think it's made anymore... was included in the aps turbo kits.
