Does anyone know what I need to get to be able to read boost for dashlogic? Looking for a kit if possible..... Thanks
What year is your car?
You can either install a boost capable MAP sensor in place of whatever MAP sensor you have now and then dash logic can read data from it the same as it reads all the other engine parameters/PID's
Or you can install an additional boost capable MAP sensor and wire it directly to the Dash Logic external inputs

You don't need the wideband to read boost.. but I do think you SHOULD have a wideband for a supercharged car. PLX's gen4 setup is a good one to go with.

Yup wideband for a/f.. But as you guys recommend it is a smart tool to have for any sc car..
Mine is an 07 ZO6, don't know if I have a map sensor at least don't recall seeing one. Where can I get a good one?
Every car has a MAP sensor. The question is whether it's the stock one or one that can read boost.
Ask whoever built/tuned the car. It's much easier to tune them with a boost capable MAP sensor, so I would be surprised if it doesn't have one already, but it's possible I suppose. You haven't given much info on your setup.
If you don't have the proper one, get something like the ZR1 sensor. Two values will have to be changed in the tune for it to work. Hopefully you have someone nearby that is fair and won't charge you for such a small change (assuming you don't have HP Tuners)
Love it, glad you convinced me to get it tks buddy.
No problem, it's easy to spend other peoples money
Glad you like it though. I've had three widebands now and the plx gen4 is by far the best. It's dead nuts the same readings all the time and I haven't had any errors, it reacts fast, etc. Good sensor IMO.

Sorry, I have an A&A kit on an 07 zo6.....I do have access to HP Tuners but I have someone else doing the tuning so I don't know if he is utilizing the map and if it's boost capable.....if I do have one do I just need a signal wire from it to the dashlogic input?

If you already have one, you won't need to do anything. Just read map info with Dashlogic and it will show boost. If you have to add a second map sensor. That's when you have to add a wire to the Dashlogic.

Correct.
If your current MAP sensor will read boost, then just plug dash logic into the OBD port and boost #'s will show up on the DIC. No wiring required.
MAP sensor will send a signal to the ECM, ECM will convert it to psi, then dash logic will read the value from the ECM. No new wires needed.
Ok, I found out I do not have a boost sensing map......So can I just plug a new one in and it will read automatically or will the car have to be tuned for it? If so I need another option for now as I don't want to get the car tuned for this YET, that's later......I just need to see what kind of boost I'm running before I make the changes I have in the works

There are two values in the computer that are for the MAP sensor which will have to be changed for sure. They tell the computer how to interpret the signal from the new MAP sensor since it has a larger range than the original one. That will take 30 seconds to anyone with HP Tuners
Without seeing your tune I can't be 100% sure whether more will need to be done or not though. Do you know if it's running MAF, SD or mixed mode?
You can always just run a separate MAP sensor that is wired directly to the dash logic interface instead. A ZR1 sensor will work fine for that. It needs to be connected to a vacuum/boost source, have 5V power/ground ran to it as inputs (probably could borrow 5V from the current MAP sensor), then it has an output that will connect to the dash logic interface.
