I put mine in the intake manifold. I'll find some pics in a bit. Lots of people put them in the charge tube right after the meth nozzle

In the upper pipe. LS7s don't have the same easy place to put it in the manifold like ls3 cars.

I want to be sure the location is best. I don't want false cool temp readings
