Default How much nitrous for ls7

I have a 2009 z06 with intake, exhaust and a NX plate kit with window switch ,wot and the timing retard box with 100 hp jets in it. I currently have 4 degrees of timing pulled while the nitrous is activated. If I pull 2 more degrees of timing will it be ok to bump up the jets to 150 hp? I have seached the site but its been some say yes and some say no with no explanation of why or why not. Would a dyno tune be needed still if im already pulling timing? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It is always preferable to have a dyno tune to see what exactly the car is doing. Do you know what your AFRs are when the 100 shot hits? Have you logged at all to see if you have any detonation? How do the plugs look?

I ran a 125 shot for a while but cylinder pressures are only part of the story. Make sure everything is dialed in perfectly and you should be fine. Otherwise, you are playing with fire.

Really need to know AFR. I would not spray more than 150/175 as nitrous is very hard on parts, unlike boost.

You really to need to make sure your AFRs are under control. Strap her down on a dyno and have them checked. I also HIGHLY recommend installing a wideband in your car so you can keep an eye on them.

Watch your fuel pressure, you're going to be right at the limit of the stock fuel pump if you haven't upgraded your fuel system. I've run a 150 on mine (with the stock fuel pump) at an event where I ran MS109 and all was fine, but I didn't run that for a long period of time. I switched back to 100 jets which is all I run on 93.
