How much boost are you running?
Knock will cause some serious cylinder pressure spikes and kill gaskets (or pistons). So, avoid knock/too much timing and that will help a lot.

13.5 after my ethanol tune is finished it will prob be 14 or so

Flex fuel car. I prefer to only ethanol anyway

Yeah the flex fuel setups are really nice. Been thinking about doing it on mine but I've got a setup I built that is using the ECM's flex fuel input to change timing based on methanol system pressure, so I'd have to ditch that if I went to a "regular" flex fuel setup. Kind of a "failsafe" instead of trying to use the IAT as one

Yeah I did my own flex fuel setup .e85 is alot better then meth I'd say

If the engine is stock the pistons will probably go before the gaskets will.
