Default 50/50 Meth

When you tune a car with a supercharger and Meth is there a different tune for pure meth vs a 50/50 mixture of meth and water. I see that a lot of people use 50/50 mixture are they tuned that way or just substituting a 50/50 blend.

Guys that run a 50/50 blend are utilizing the meth mixture for cooling purposes & not 100% fuel / a boost in octane... The purpose of running 100% is for a cooling benefit but also its a good increase in octane that helps keep the engine happy w: good octane. Running meth as a fuel helps keep duty cycle little lower and has the added benefit of running a little more aggressive in the tune because of that.

What I was thinking is use 50/50 blend for normal driving and a few spirited runs. I'm not an aggressive driver and never push the car for any long period. I just didn't want to deal with the 100% Meth hassle but wanted to protect the engine even though I always run 93 octane.

I don't understand when people say 100% is a hassle. That's all I use and it's hassle free. The hassle would be using 50/50 and then having to switch.

How's 100% meth a hassle? It's easier than mixing 50/50, Just fill from 5 gallon drum and go! Run boost juice if you don't want 100% meth that's a premixed solution & comes in a convient bottle opposed from a huge drum.

I'm new to Boost and Meth but this is what I'm thinking.
Meth is only a safety factor for my engine, I don't track, race or beat the car so I was thinking to make it easy on me and the meth pump use blue windshield washer fluid. This will extend the live of the pump by double and will make getting and storing the meth very easy. Is there a fault in my thought process?

I imagine it would be pretty inconsistent, but may be fine. I'm interested to hear what others think.

Used windshield washer for years, and still using it mixed with meth. It is no an issue. Try and find one with the highest meth content possible and no additives.

100% meth, no reason to literally water it down.

Zero point to mixing it with water.

I guess whatever works. My mix keeps detonation down, temps down, engine clean as new inside, and I didn't make any more power when I tried pure.
I really don't think there is a right or wrong here...... but I am no expert.

Completely agree...and as an extra benefit my pump now is lasting 5 years and counting vs. 3 with no leaks or pressure loss. There is no right or wrong answer.

Always used 100% when I ran meth. Julio also recommended never mixing when he put my kit on.

Guess I'm a confused soul. I use this http://airsed.com/shop/Camco-Xtreme-...1-Gallon-30903 in my TVS2300 blown truck and straight meth in my Heartbeat TVS2300 blown Vette. The truck spends a lot of time in boost. Can't keep the Vette in boost very long without getting into all kinds of trouble. I believe the low temp WW fluid is about half meth. Don't believe you can buy it online and have it shipped due to the high meth content. I buy mine at a motorhome dealership.
