Default Average HP gain for procharger

Had a Procharger on my C5 ZO6 for years with no problems and getting ready to put one on My 2010 GS.Motor stock with long tube headers.
What is the average dyno rwhp results with this setup?

Thanks

Probably 500-600 RWHP'ish for 7-8 psi for an LS3 (P1 or D1). The final answer depends on many variables.

Which kit?
Which head unit?
What PSI?
How safe a tune?
What dyno?
Other mods?
What are your goals?

Depends on your fuel. Have seen the stock kit range from 580-625 rwhp with very safe tunes. (But cars with very poor quality fuel, and low reading dyno's can be 550ish)

The gain's will be good, just having a safe tune is the key.

When those cars have a cam, and boost is when the real fun begins.

I think you will be just at your goal on a dynojet. Upgrade to a D-1SC and you'll be there.

My build starts soon.

2013 LS3
D-1SC Kit (w/smaller pulley)
Race Intercooler
LT 1-7/8" Headers
High Flow Cats
7psi (goal)
Hoping for 550 RWHP as I bench race this design.

My math is poor so forgive me, but 550 RWHP + (550*.18 for A6 drive line loss)= Roughly 650'ish at the crank depending on the dyno. On a mustang dyno I expect considerably less HP.

If I miss that HP goal, so long as the tune is safe, I don't really care because the fun factor should be high.

I think member Kadorja did the build you want but with Meth/Alcohol at got 550 whp on a M6 LS3.

Build 1

- Procharger P-1SC-1
- 7.2psi @6500rpm
- 552whp 494wtq
- LS3 stock bottom end, comp cams 918 springs and retainers
- unkown miles at install
- 15k miles at failure
- Comp cams 918 valve springs are garbage. Broke at about 1500rpm
- 93 octane and denatured alcohol
- M6
- Procharger, LG super pro long tubes, alcohol injection
