I'm running a 3.33 with 10% OD on a V2 T-Trim but haven't run it hard yet. Once Fran tunes my heap today I'll be beating the **** out of it lol. Before that it was a 3.47 and it's been fine, the blower has been on the car 3 or 4 years and it's been a hard couple years so I wouldn't stress it to much. There's guys spinning smaller blowers helluva lot harder and they live.

Wow you are really working that lil blower .although it's max rpm is 55000 so it's more than mine . I have the v3 self contained
Focus on hitting whatever your performance goals are first. The Ti trims are amazing blowers. Should put you well into the 9s or 180s in 1/2 mile. I wouldn't consider upgrading.

Would a V3 Si w/ 3.4 & 10% od be overspun? If so how bad?
That would hit 56,000 impeller speed at 6600 engine rpm. Max rated is 52,000 impeller.
Here is the link to the Vortech calculator for others to use too.
