how much timing is in it? the aggressiveness of the tune will dictat A LOT. also no mention of meth.
also, if you have siemens injectors it is possibly you are having minor boost leak at the injectors and should get the katech oversized injector or ings.
I bet that thing barely makes 5-6psi. As everyone else said, pulley it to the moon, ditch the lsx intake, and make sure you're packing timing into it. It'll take a bunch of it with the lower compression.
With an engine that actually flows, I figured the restriction (psi) would be far less with the amount of air the blower is pushing using that pulley. On the stock size main pulley, he should have enough to drop the blower to a 3.4-3.55" pulley.
Could be in the tune and it's just pulling a bunch of timing as the IAT gets higher. At 12psi, your IATs will climb pretty fast without meth. Put a meth kit on it and retune it for that. With 9.6 static compression it should be able to handle a good bit of timing anyway, depending on the specs of your "blower cam".
Internal leaks, external leaks, and they don't tolerate boost.
I have been running a fast 102 no problem for over a year now. Not one issue. Been to the track numerous times, and the car made 649 rwhp. Also have a friend making 1300 hp on a twin turbo set up running a fast. To me it seems that the newer fast intakes have addressed the issues. No real evidence on my part, but for over a year not one issue. My trap speed is consistent 131-132. Best pass was a 10.79 on a stock clutch, stock bottom end launching at 3300 rpm.
