Default Down on expected power?

By build:

LS2
402 CID
Wisco pistons, 9.6 cr
Blower cam and springs
ProCharger D1, 4" pulley
FAST 102 w/ stock TB
1 7/8" headers
80 # Marren injectors
A&A fuel system
Comp roller rockers

Car made 611 hp

I was expecting more like 675 ??

Was this expecting too much?
I'm very happy it's the 611. The car is rocket, but more IS better.

Don't track the car. It's an interstate warrior.

Low compression ratio, big'ish pulley. Get rid of fast intake, add meth if you don't have it and turn it up.

how much timing is in it? the aggressiveness of the tune will dictat A LOT. also no mention of meth.

also, if you have siemens injectors it is possibly you are having minor boost leak at the injectors and should get the katech oversized injector or ings.

I bet that thing barely makes 5-6psi. As everyone else said, pulley it to the moon, ditch the lsx intake, and make sure you're packing timing into it. It'll take a bunch of it with the lower compression.

I have a similar combo. A 4" pulley with an od crank pulley nets me 15 psi on a 408. Makes 800 rwhp. Y'all are thinking it's geared like a vortech.

On the stock size crank and a 4.25" blower pulley, I make 13 pounds at 6700 on a stock 6.0

With an engine that actually flows, I figured the restriction (psi) would be far less with the amount of air the blower is pushing using that pulley. On the stock size main pulley, he should have enough to drop the blower to a 3.4-3.55" pulley.

During the dyno pull we had a mechanical boost guage installed and I was told the engine made 12 pounds?

What crank pulley do you have? What fuel are you using? Any meth injection? These things will make a big difference on how the setup performs.

Pump gas 93 octane. No meth (yet). Stock dia. Crank pulley.
I think I will have to pulleyndown the D1 and add meth to get where I want.

The drivetrain is 100% Z06, so I'm hoping this setup will live with 700 whp.

Could be in the tune and it's just pulling a bunch of timing as the IAT gets higher. At 12psi, your IATs will climb pretty fast without meth. Put a meth kit on it and retune it for that. With 9.6 static compression it should be able to handle a good bit of timing anyway, depending on the specs of your "blower cam".

Leaks, parts coming lose and going through engine, and no real need. Plenty around here making 1000rwhp on the stock one.

Internal leaks, external leaks, and they don't tolerate boost.

I have been running a fast 102 no problem for over a year now. Not one issue. Been to the track numerous times, and the car made 649 rwhp. Also have a friend making 1300 hp on a twin turbo set up running a fast. To me it seems that the newer fast intakes have addressed the issues. No real evidence on my part, but for over a year not one issue. My trap speed is consistent 131-132. Best pass was a 10.79 on a stock clutch, stock bottom end launching at 3300 rpm.
