Im not worried about horse power as much as I am fuel pressure. it started to fall below the safe point of fuel pressure around 5,500 rpm so we set the limiter at 5,000. I want to bump the limiter back to normal which would obviously mean less boost or more fuel. I am going to re plumb the gates a couple different ways to see if I cant control boost better. If that doesn't work I was thinking a bap would get me by for the next month until winter.

Glad to see it's starting to come together. I've been following this thread for a while when I was debating on which turbo kit to get. I had a local friend purchase an On3 kit and he had so many headaches he sold it and had a custom rear mount fabricated.

I could care less which one reads higher or not, as long as my tune is spot on that is all that maters. Iv just always heard mustang dynos are the "heartbreak" dyno. And the 15 minuets I spent searching the differences because I was curious %90 of people said dynojet reads 10-12% higher. But you can always believe everything on the internet right?

LOL......ahhh the good old internet.....
Everyone claims their dyno's to be the "heart-breaker". One of the local shops here even had shirts printed up...... What amazes me is how many people embrace this. What other field do you know where you could publicly boast "We'll provide you inaccurate information" and be praised for it? Or when's the last time you walked into a hardware store and said "I'd like a yard stick, but I want one that's 6" too short!".
But I digress...back on topic.

That is simply not true. There are myths and legends about the origination of DJ's numbers, however from what I researched they are just myths. And anymore, all of the dyno's read fairly close to each other in comparison. If you do find a significant variance it's generally the dyno operator, not the dyno. I grew tired of hearing all the "your dyno reads high" (and no, it's not a DJ) so we conducted a test will all the local dynos in the area and many from Denver. They ALL read +/-2%.....except one. And that one it was easy to see the operator did not understand correction factors nor how to use/apply them. Once we undid his math and applied it correctly, they were all spot on.

this dyno truely is a heart breaker dyno and it has been proven time and time again. I can pry post up 20+ dyno comparisons Chad own both a dynojet and a mustang dyno. Here is a comparison he did last year after he got the dynojet installed. He made 1037 on his dynojet and 950 on his mustang dyno.
when I got my c6z I had it baselined on the mustang dyno it made 470 rwhp and previous owner had a dynojet print out on a dynojet saying it made 540.
also when I sold my last ls7 long block I made 522rwhp on the mustang dyno sold it to a guy in st Louis that made 585 rwhp on a mustang dyno.

Oh hell yeah I would be happy with those numbers and a a6 to boot. I made 593/520 through my a6 and it pulls like no other so I could imagine yours. What convertor?

ITs crazy how hard it pulls in 3rd, and the boost curve is amazing. You can feel the boost start to grow and it’s just doesn’t stop. Totally different feeling than a pro charged car.

So close to that 700 mark and through an A6 even. Too bad On3's customer service is **** because for the price, this kit did pretty well. Glad you finally got her all wrapped up, been a long arduous adventure haha. Thanks for keeping us posted on the progress though it all!

Thanks guys, been a long ride for sure. Drove it quite a bit last night and tonight. Runs pretty good, coolant temps stay around 210-220. Oil temps get pretty hot, around 230-240. Every now and then it will go into reduce power mode. Not sure why yet, turn the car off and it goes back off. Overall it’s crazy fun, I’ll try and get some videos soon.
