On3 Turbo Build

BTR or LJMS both know their turbo LS cars well.

John Bewley is really busy right now so you would have to wait on that. BTR is more than likely going to tell you to go with their twin turbo cam stage 1 because of turbo sizes. I have also contacted tick performance and they said to go with their turbo stage 3. Currently I have a BTR in my NA car and it does really well so I think the route I’m going to go is the BTR twin cam.

Craig from BTR is getting me set up with a cam kit, also got some new brackets made today at work for the intercooler. Button up a few things and it should be 80% complete.

Car is up and running, spent the last couple days dealing with leaky fittings. Hearing it run gives me alittle more motivation to finish it.

I did take a few videos although it doesn’t do must justice haha. IV got one little leak I need to address, and then bolt up the cold side. Still gotta put the cam kit in and flex fuel sensor and walbro 450. Otherwise it should be done.

I'm keen to see how this works out for you after tune, etc. I have an A&A Vortech kit now and have been wanting to move over to turbocharger(s), but didn't want to spend the scratch on the UPP kit.

I would have to assume so, also E85 is hard on stuff. Im sure the older c5 do not have as good as quality fuel lines. I had a Sierra with the 6.2 (ls3) that was only two years newer than my vette and it was flex fuel from the factory.

E85 is more corrosive and will eat stuff if not careful, I am just doing a walbro 450 intank pump and a flex fuel sensor. This will be good for around 800.

Funny you ask... I was working on this last night, I got the new intercooler brackets on and the cold side bolted up. The last part of the cold side was in the air intake, quickly I realized there is no way it would work. Their instructions state that anything over 700hp will collapse their silicon couplings in and possible ruin the turbos. I was just going to run a turbo guard. Im gonna run to Speedway tonight to see if they dont have a filter I could squeeze in there.
