I currently have ECS Stage 1 system with Bosch 044 tied in with the factory pump. Wondering if anyone is going with bigger inline pump like aero motive eliminator and return style system or doing 3 pumps in the tank with return style

Same here. May swap to 1700s but 1300s are working fine.

Check the A&A fuel kit out.
Would need big injectors still.

I have the Walbro 450 in the tank too but I guess not needed for even 1000hp with this kit.

So where do the secondary pump pull fuel from. Does it pull from a spot on drilled in tank and return into another spot drill into tank. And as for as the factory regulator what do you do with it

check out A&A s install instructions. Doesn’t look too bad. Yes you drill the tank in front of driver rear wheel

Correct. You tap into the tank for feed and return. They recently re-did their website and I'm not sure if it's on there, but I googled and found their PDF.

We have ran up to an Aeromotive A2000 pump on higher HP builds.

Guys be aware that the ECS fuel system uses a proper fuel pick up from the tank with a filter. Some fuel systems just jam a pipe thread into the side of the tank, this is NOT the proper way to achieve a secondary fuel supply from your fuel tanks. I have never seen one come in here that did not weep.

Ok thanks Doug I have your fuel block on my tank and is that a -8 feed on the fuel block and a -6 return I'm getting ready to plumb in my return system and was thinking of the eliminator pump as secondary looking to make 1150 or so to wheels. And is it necessary to block regulator in tank driver and passenger side tank. Is there any reason I would change to fuel pressure regulator from running at 58psi.

Boost reference is needed when running high amounts of boost because you need to remember that for every pound of boost you are making, you are making one less pound of fuel pressure as they counter act each other. So at 20 lbs of boost you are only making 38 lbs of fuel pressure now.
We have the block off's to make your system pressure regulated if needed.

Agree the ECS bulkhead is the way to go. Works flawlessly and doesn't seep at all. Also has a proper pickup on it. As far as block offs, you need them if you boost reference. You can run without referencing with no issues as long as you have plenty of injector.
