The pumps you have should be fine. I’m running a dw350il and more boost on e85 and it holds fuel pressure fine

I’m running meth too though so I guess that’s helping me some

Yeah, you were the one who gave me this idea in the first place!
Can you say that you could feel a noticeable difference in power when you made the switch?

Wet sump or dry sump? There's a 14% OD balancer for the dry sump, made by ATI - 8.5"

Wet sump - A6 car. I’ve looked at every single pulley and balancer option out there, trust me on that. There’s a 15% OD ATI for the wet motors and a 15% OD (8.35” ) IW as well, compared to the 8.125” (10% OD) IW that I have on the car now. But that won’t make as much of a difference to pulley ratio as a 3mm dia. reduction on the blower pulley, which is much easier to change. I’m going to try find a way to get a smaller blower pulley on it to get a little more boost out of it (~14psi) with this setup, without messing with the balancer again, and then I’m done with it.

Haha, sorry about that! Hopefully this idea pans out better than the ECS tensioner one I gave you as well. I really thought that one was going to be a winner, but obviously I thought wrong

I did notice an increase but I added quite a bit of timing (was pretty conservative before) and did long tubes around the same time (before the next 1/2 mile event I did), so I don't really know how much came from E85 vs. timing vs. long tubes

I tend to lean towards the idea that you won't get a ton out of E85 though if you're already running a high octane fuel. You should already be able to add as much timing as it likes, so not sure E85 will help there. The plus for me is it's just so damn convenient as I have several stations near my house and office that sell E85 for like $1.60/gallon. It's hard to beat E85 at that price..
