I have good rings on a low mileage engine ... Do you think with a tight engine, such as mine, that my piston rings will allow so much combustion gas to pass by them at WOT / high RPM, that it will pressurize my crankcase enough as to blow out my crankshaft main seal?
Stock heads and stock cam LS3 with 7 PSI Boost

Yes. Even a brand new bone stock ls3 will have enough blowby to pop seals.
Just ordered my MM Gen 5 today. I'll have to remember that mounting idea when I install it. I have the E-Force on my LS3 and am hoping to mount it on the passenger side but will do this if needed. I'd prefer to keep it away from the headers if possible since I'll be running the remote drain extension.

You may be right, but I have a very hard time believing that ...
Even the ZR1 don't have a catch can, and I don't hear of that engine popping seals ... If there would be enough pressure from blow-by to pop out seals (ie: rear main seal), it would be blowing the dipstick straight out of the tube !
I believe my engine has good enough rings on the pistons so as to prevent lots of combustion gasses from pressurizing the crankcase.
I've seen freshly built engines blowing out seals under boost plenty of times.
If you want to be sure, then measure the crankcase pressure on a full throttle pull. Did that and at 20psi with a properly set up MM setup, there was no increase.
