Long tube headers are on this Z. No porting done. 3.8" diameter pulley. The video shows a 93 pull and an E mixture. It is a flex fuel setup.

I'm assuming the rest of the internals are stock, pistons, rods etc ? What is the limit these boosted Ls7's can take before having to get into the motor. Mine is running just under 670 on 6.5 psi boost. 800 has to be pushing near the upper limits of the stock internals, depending on how it is being driven of course, street/ track etc ???

Good tune and e85 honestly it’s the ring lands buttoning up what destroys stuff

In the high 600whp range is where the concern starts. The owner and us agree we have exceeded the safe zone for the stock LS7 block although this limit gets exceeded often with other setups as well. We recommend forged pistons first and foremost for the 750whp+ cars. This owner is running it through the season and it is staying healthy both street and track.

Right on. Pistons are the place to start.
