Default Keep Fan controller or hardwire?

Currently i have my fans hard wired to run all the time, I'm about to put a dual fan setup on the car and was wondering if keep it hard wired is best or should i use the factory controller?

Its a Dewitts dual fan on a stock rad FYI

In for info. I have CX racing dual fans and think i am going to rob the fan controller off of my stock fan wire them directly to that, so that my dual fans will operate in the same manner as the OEM fan.

I'd try it with the controller first if possible.

Run them on the fan controller with a full time override switch
