Default MM wild catch can/ basic catch can piping.

Have an ECS S/C with cam etc etc. have the Wild MM catch can, ran from oil fill tube> breather can> intake manifold. I’m trying to figure out how to run my second catch can, or if it’s needed.

any suggestions would be great.

If you need more than that then something is wrong IMO (assuming it's a stock'ish motor that doesn't have excessive blowby)

I’m just thinking of putting the 2nd 1 in since I already have the can.

The M.M "Wild" PCV catch can with the proper fittings and hose sizes for your horsepower level work very well. The nice feature with the PCV catch can is if more venting is needed the disc diaphram in the can will lift to allow additional crankcase vapor to exit, unlike some closed can designs. My point is a well designed system does not need additional cans.

How come I’ve seen people run dual cans, 1 with MM wild and the other say morose, or elite. Ive seen it Plumed on the driver side, and seen it where oil is still caught.

I would look for an issue that needs solving first. If and when that comes up just give us a shout!
We know how to do dual cans of course, but the way we do things (what brought you to us I imagine), is different.
Our single cans are good for 12-1500hp outside of some unknown / unusual circumstance.
