Default Another A&A Setup

Super excited to finally get to post in this subsection. I've had my 09 base model poverty vette for a couple years now, and while it's making decent power cam only, I finally pulled the trigger on an A&A Ti kit. Unfortunately looking at a 2 week or so wait so this is more of a place holder. Tim King Racing and Automotive will be doing the installation and tune, so I'm sure it will make great power. As it sits, 09 z51 car M6. Hooker catless header back, vararam and the new iteration of TSP stage 3 N/A cam. 492/464 to the tire currently. I'm hoping for close to 700 or so with the blower and meth.

Sounds like it will be a beast! I had an 03 cobra with 650/630, and it was not fun anymore. The torque was too much, and I could never get it to hook on the streets. I hear the centri are much kinder on the torque curve. Are you happy with the cam? I was gonna do almost same setup. Was gonna do blower first, then cam down the line if I wanted more.

My 2011 GS M6 with A&A Si kit, Kooks headers, blower cam from Comp and meth made 701. Set aside some cash for tires and clutch.

Absolutely love the cam. With a competent tuner, the street manners have been pleasant and it makes great power all over. The top end rush makes the bottom end seem soft in relation but its extremely responsive and makes better torque than I thought it would.

This has been in progress since I bought the car, so already have an LT1-SC clutch in it and I run 305 NT05Rs in the back. The 150 shot cooked the stock clutch so that came early on.

Unfortunately no updates. Still waiting on the blower kit. Andy has been extremely patient with my constant inquiries but hopefully it gets to Ohio soon and I can drop her off. Haven't got an exact quote on install yet as I'm having TK yank the nitrous kit off the car and do a meth kit as well.

Should have the car back Friday. Apparently ran out of fuel at 750hp so we'll see want an aux fueling setup can squeeze out.

It’s a Ti according to the OP. 750rw with more to come!! I would bet it’s a 3.4”. She’s gonna be a monster!!

Sorry for the late updates, works been nuts. Ended up opting for a 3.8 pulley instead of the aux fueling. Come spring time ill get a twin intank setup so I can run E and not drill a hole in the tank. Pullied up it made 740/705. Having some issues with it chucking jack shaft belts so its back at the shop getting that fixed. Of course no one stocks that belt around here so gonna be at least mon or tue next week before I have it back. So close it hurts.

Very stout numbers with a 3.8 on pump gas. Wondering what it would make with a 3.4 on corn. Crazy!

e will be more of a safety net and or replacement for the meth when the time comes. Im not really comfortable pushing much further on a stock bottom end. As it sits it still checks my boxes of A/C and road trippable. Being that I'm a poor government employee it'll be a few years before I can muster the cash for a built motor and potentially more boost. Not to mention I feel like 17s in the back are the logical next step.
