Default ECS bet tension to tight?

I recently changed my alternator and my belt on my ECS novi 1500sl LS3 (belt feels pretty tight)… I drove the car to work and drove it home the following morning, it was a 20°f morning so the car stayed very cool on the way home.
once home I decided pop the hood and check on the belt and look over everything, and quickly noticed the belt was hot to the touch, the intake and other engine components where only slightly warm after the drive, but the belt was significantly hotter to the touch…
Does this indicate the tension is too tight, or is this normal?

Belt is the 89.1 directly from ECS.

Default

They will get warm from the friction of moving across the pullies, without seeing it in person I'm going to say not being able to touch the belt after use is perfectly normal.
