Yes I make the same with a YSI but with a 2.5 pulley (low-ish compression ratio engine) but power falling after 6300rpm. V13 seen to keep the power vs the YSI.

same here with a 2.7 power falling off at 62-6300. Vortech told me not to over spin this one like the ysi that must be why he’s running a 2.95 also. If all it’s gonna do is hold the power out longer that’s not that great. Was expecting more.

In a story of matt field on instagram I think lower then a 3" the V13 is hard on belt.
I had 2 on it with the ysi and the second one keep cracking on the weld. Think is was from vibration. Couldn’t get it not to crack. So block it off and ran just one. It was fine on the ysi gonna try it in this one and see what happens. The only reason I even ran 2 was cause I was having a ton of problems with the drive by wire tb. But I have since switched to cable driven. It’s an auto also so not jumping on and off the throttle like a stick car. The bov is rated to 1800hp I believe.
