Solid Rear Axle Conversion
I am really considering the swap to solid rear axle on my c6 z06. The plan is to cut the frame behind driver and passenger seats and tube framing the rear of the car. I'm thinking of going with the Tin Soldiers Racecars Chromoly floater housing with their 4 link kit as well. For you SRA guys out there, who did you go with on your housing? How did you ZO6 guys mount everything? I'm basically looking for some ideas.

There is a pretty lengthy thread in the C6 performance section with several C6 Solid axle conversions. I’m not sure if any of them were the aluminum framed Z06 though.
