How much more can the stock bottom end and drive train of a ls2 handle? Want to go 3.4 pulley, Double auxiliary fuel pump, and e85 or methanol injection
I already have the 3.4" pulley also. Had it on and got 670 but it was way lean. Tuner said i needed to go e85, go from single to double auxiliary pump, and biger injectors to run that pulley. Probably tune close to 750 bhp

Yes I had to put another pump in also. But you can smell and feel the difference. On 93 octane or 92 then put in the e85 you will see what I mean. Love reading your build.
I have 796 at the crank. On a cold day its pushing over 800. But I did not want every horse the tuner could have got for that every reason. Don't want to rebuild. Mine fits my needs. And he does a lot of builds at 1200 hp. I have a stock bottom and stock drivetrain except for the clutch and short throw shifter. On a manual clutch its about 98 horsepower less when it get to the rear end. There is a chart for that. I will look it up. I have it bookmarked somewhere.
Thanks. I have a 6 speed automatic. Factory converter. So it's where i thought about 20% power loss. This thing is a rocket but im sure ill get used to it and want a little more. Just want to keep it safe. My tuner does the same thing, his tunes are conservative unless you insist on going all out.
