OK , 400.00 shipped. Unit is brand new in unopened box with all it's credits. No offer's. This same exact unit sell's for 499.00 shipped.

I don't have a pic of the box. It has HP Tuners VCM Suite and a "product not returnable if seal is broken" label on it. The seal has not been broken.
