Do the 1lt door speakers have amps?

What are the ratings on these speakers? Are they the same Ohms as the Bose system? I'll be getting a new GS soon so I wouldn't mind upgrading speakers.

Hey Dennis,
thanks for the help with my recent Kenwood installation. Everything worked the first time I turned it on. It sounds awesome. I am thinking I need to upgrade the speakers to improve it even more. I just placed my order.

Does anybody want to split a set to replace the middle speaker up front as well?

Wanted to get honest opinions about this upgrade on a Vert 3LT with Bose - as I am kind of disappointed with the sound coming out of the rears especially. I just don't want to go with this inexpensive upgrade and later decide I should have sprung for something better and waste my $. Vert installers please chime in with your recommendations - even if you found something more expensive that dramatically improved the rears on a vert.

Your goint to have to spend alot more and do somethign entirely different to get what your looking to do.
Your going to need to add an amp, aoemgm24 harness change to components in front and add a sub to really do what your looking for.
We can do all of this but its not goign to be 79.99

You not going to gain volume with this setup as we did nothing to increase the power to the speakers

the intent was to clean up the sound

if you want to send them back and have me put together a new package for you to include amps, subs, new speakers ect to retain stock head unit we can do this.

I think my entire speaker system is blown...when bass hits the door speakers vibrate. Will this fix the problem? How much to add a good replacement for the bigger door speakers as well? I have the stock 1lz delphi/monsoon system in my 2008 z06
