Wanted to apologize to a few of you - we have your headlights, we're working as quickly as we can. We have 4 Zen6 headlight pairs in the shop right now and 2 more on the way. We're working as quickly as we can, but please expect at least a 2 week turn around until roughly next week, when we will be all caught up.

Drifting
One down , & one to go, doing this as a project on the wife's car a few nights after work, ect. Luckily she has her Mustang GT to drive in the interim. I had a thought on the second one, anybody tried using a Dremel with a cutoff wheel to cut the old lens off about a 1/2" away from the mating point? Then pulling digging the remainder lens out with pliers? The wife and I are very happy with the new look, only really worn looking part of our 46k mile car.

Batch IV is being completed now.
At this point, we have more than enough supply to not start on Batch IV (each batch is a LOT of units as you have seen in all the photos), but we figured we'd give you guys a head start on this.
If you pre-order the Batch IV units are are willing to wait 4 weeks, we will give you:
a) Free SEALANT (order on the site, DO NOT ORDER SEALANT, BUT SELECT "WILLING TO WAIT" as the option that removes $50 from your price)
b) Free set of T10 LED bulbs (use in your side markers, use in your reverse, or interior, or wherever you want).
This sale starts NOW til April 15th (tax day). We will remind you of this every few days!

Just got my lenses in and installed. If you didn’t know, they are identical to oem, I couldn’t find a single difference between the two. The fitment was exact. Thank you for such an amazing product!

Hari has a Z06 with a unique color wrap...and now he also has the Zen6 lenses on his black out headlights (but his car is actually black, so...)

Hope it's ok to post on this thread. I have a 2013 c6z & lenses are ok.
I've seen lots of vendor claims about film protection and also lot's of owner claims that the film causes the lenses to craze/spiderweb/etc. And likewise owners who swear the film is the greatest thing they did to their car.
Is there any way to distill FACTS from all this "noise" on the interweb?
This vendor seems to be the real deal so would like to tap into his knowledge, much more than mine at this point.
Maybe has to do with the thickness or material of the film?
Should I try a film, or just let the oem's go to chit and replace when I can't stand it?

The C6 lenses were particularly prone to this, it's not a matter of if, only a matter of when. Obviously 2005s have been in the world for 12+ years, while 2013s only 5 or so, but ultimately all C6 from the factory will craze/crack. It's not something you can polish, it's not something you can clean, it's only something you can replace.

From our experience in many different headlights, not just corvette, clear film cannot cause your headlight to craze, it can increase UV damage (like yellowing/fading) but not actual cracking. That comes from the manufacturing process.

This week, our next batch of Zen6 Headlight lenses arrives. 500+ units. We'd love to get them into the hands of the needy C6s that have crappy lenses. To order and get a discount on the full retail quality units, you can do it on the web site with this link and do the 2/4 week wait for $50 off and we'll ship them immediately when they clear customs.
