I have a set of better than new C6 Z06 calipers for sale. I am asking $2,200 for them. I will pack, ship, and insure at cost paid by buyer. I will meet buyer half way up to 3 hours drive to complete transaction.
The purchased calipers have less than 5K miles on them. The pistons and seals are new. Since these parts have been PowderCoated and rebuilt, they have not been installed. They were bought to install on a C4 ZR-1 for occasional tract sessions and shows. The calipers went through secondary trimming and deburring to clean them up a step better than OEM parts and then Powder Coated.
I have a 2006 Z06 with 4,500 original miles on it. I have changed out three sets of calipers over the last 17 years from several different C6 Z06's I've had over the years so I could powder coat them. Factory caliper paint, in my judgement, does not wear well and powder coating lasts.
For a motivated buyer, I will install my powder coated calipers on my new-to-me 4,500 original mile Z06. I will help you verify the mileage and condition of these calipers I remove from my new-to-me Z06 any way you would like.
I would then be happy to sell the original OEM Calipers I remove from my new Z06 for $1,800 (plus shipping) right off the car. For the calipers I remove from my car, OEM brake pads and retaining pins will be included. This car has NEVER been tracked (yet).
As you may correctly have assumed the calipers have not been removed from my C6 Z06 yet. I powder coated the original calipers for sale for this car. I did so because it lasts. I am highly motivated to sell these calipers because there is a set of C7 Z06 seats I want for my Z06. This is my motivation to remove these calipers and complete this transaction as quickly.
Haven't been able to sell my OE powder coated calipers in the pictures yet. What I'm selling is NOW is EITHER the OE Powder Coated fronts and backs just as they appear in the pictures for $2,200 plus shipping; or,
I will install the powder coated calipers on my C6 Z06 and sell you the calipers currently on my C6 Z06 which have 4,500 original miles on them. These original OE calipers will include 1) the OE Retaining Pins and 2) the OE Brake Pads. The cost of these excellent condition calipers is $1,800 plus shipping.
