Looking for a Tuner near Louisville KY(Indiana, Ohio) that uses LS2Edit so I can remove a locked tune froma friends car.

Some tuner that shall remain nameless locked it and now we can't get the car tuned until this thinkg is unlocked. I'm everyone has heard the story before.
