Interesting P0154 code resolution...
Hey guys
Ive been using the site for some time now for fixing my 05 Lingenfelter C6 when i have little problems here and there and thought id share what happened to me.
I was having the Bank 2 Sensor 1 code show up about a month ago and had the 02 sensor replaced. Everything was fine for about 200 miles then it went off again so i bought an OBD scanner and erased the code thinking maybe its just a glitch from the headers and cam throwing it off.
Well it kept coming back so i did everything under the sun to find the problem including:
-Cleaning air filter
-Cleaning MAS
-Checking for vacuum leaks
-Switching 02 sensors
-Switching 02 sensor extensions
-checking voltage
Everything checked out but STILL got the code, so i unhooked the battery to get down towards the ECM behind the wheel to check for loose wires and couldnt find any problems there either. Once i attached the battery again from it resetting the computer i was reading full activity in all 02 sensors and its performing just fine now.
I know theres a million threads on false 02 sensor readings but i couldnt find an on resetting the computer to fix it, Has anyone else found this to work?
