are you getting enough out of it to actually require headers, or is that only on the race cars. at what point do you produce more than the stock exhaust manifolds can flow, requiring replacement ?
i can see changing out the pipes with the z06 setup, using an X-pipe, swap out the mufflers, change the intake, swap the cam with more lift and duration, then re-tune.
any wild *** guess to the types of numbers ? anyone got one ofg them there pc programs that simulate numbers based upon flow, etc.
It will be for tuners and the general public, similar to LS1-EDIT and should be ready to ship in 3-4 weeks if everything goes well. Not sure on the price yet. We will keep you posted.

will there be a need for the TM unit and the fan switch if the LS2 Edit gets released
That's where the transition from closed loop and a delayed WOT PE takes place. As I said earlier, we have to crawl before we can walk, we don't have access to all the tables yet.

I had a dumb ? i went to the carputing site who have the LS/1 edit software and was wondering why the don't have anything on there site about LS/2 programing. Also I live in northern Arizona, do you have a way to program my computer if I send it to you when my car gets here. i ordered a new computer from my chevy dealer so I would not be without a ride for a week. My car should be here by 2/14/05.
According to the tag at the bottom of their page, they haven't updated their website since August 1, 2004.
The A4 Torque management is most definitely getting in the way.
It dials back power to 62% on Breathless’ auto car. They plug in a diagnostic tool and can read how much power the computers are allowing the to produce at a given rpm.
The torque management retards timing and even closes the butterfly valve. That is not good for NOS situations!!!!
Even if you have bolt ons and a proper tuning of the main ECU, the Automatic tranny computer will STILL hold the car back dramatically. According to Cartek, eliminating the Torque management could give you 3 tenths and 3 mph in the 1/4. That is HUGE! Equal to 50 horse power.
