Well, I can officially post that LS2-EDIT is being released in the near future. We have had the opportunity to test the Beta LS2-edit for some time on our own C6 with great results.
This finally opens up a whole new chapter on the mods that can be done on the C6s.

It will be for tuners and the general public similar to LS1-EDIT, and should be ready to ship in 3-4 weeks if everything goes well. Not sure on the price yet. We will keep you posted.

i meant to say, are you able to share the type of performance gains you are getting or do we need to wait for it to hit the shelves ?
Performance gains on tuning is hard question to answer. I would say that on a stock C6 you might gain 0 to 15 rwhp, but if you have mods like headers, cam, heads, SC, Turbos etc. the only way to take full advantage of the mods is with tuning or reprogramming the stock ECM that has a tune for a bone stock engine.
Excellent news!! Thanks for helping out and it is impressive that the software has made it too market in what I believe is less than 6 months from the first C6s rolling into peoples hands.

With how rich some of these engine are running and possibly with less timing advance could'nt we possibly see more. Also what do you think about gas milage as mine is running 13 for mixed freeway and city and was told by chevy mechanic it is becuase it is soo rich but since there are no codes he can't fix.
I had a dumb ? i went to the carputing site who have the LS/1 edit software and was wondering why the don't have anything on there site about LS/2 programing. Also I live in northern Arizona, do you have a way to program my computer if I send it to you when my car gets here. i ordered a new computer from my chevy dealer so I would not be without a ride for a week. My car should be here by 2/14/05.

are you getting enough out of it to actually require headers, or is that only on the race cars. at what point do you produce more than the stock exhaust manifolds can flow, requiring replacement ?
i can see changing out the pipes with the z06 setup, using an X-pipe, swap out the mufflers, change the intake, swap the cam with more lift and duration, then re-tune.
any wild *** guess to the types of numbers ? anyone got one ofg them there pc programs that simulate numbers based upon flow, etc.
