Got mine in Oct so I gotta assume that Im in the possible bad range. Mine does not do this. It has seen plenty of redline and occasional power shifting but I back out of the throttle a little when I power shift rather than leave it floored. Are you guys seeing this only on power shifts when floored or can you get it to do it when not power shifting while floored? Trying to figure out if this is something that I should be worried about.

I am getting my clutch replaced again. They put the old model clutch in. GM got the new replacement parts in this week. NO3 for me. Seems 3 times a charm. Also doing the crank pully.

Default Finally got my new clutch

I got back from Israel two days ago and decided it's now or never to get the clutch done. So I set up an appointment and had them swap out my clutch for the newly designed one. The new clutch and PP is much stiffer then the old old pedal effort has increased a lot, the good news is that, the pedal effort is the same at 6500RPM as it is at 0RPM. All in all I would say it was successful. They also checked on two codes that I was throwing "Coolent Level Low" and "Service Active Handling". As for the coolent code, as most people here already know, this one is a design flaw that they will fix with a S/W update (for those with Moded computers, be careful they do not erase your TM S/W when they update the ECU). The Active handling code was possibly do to low voltage trigger caused by a battery that was not outputting the correct voltage. So anyone that has had a low battery or a once dead battery will throw this code until they get the battery up to snuff. For the most part good stuff, my Chevy Cobalt they gave me as a rental on the other hand was not a good experience... what a POS.

Finally the correct replacemment clutch. I went back to the dealer and they replaced the clutch for the 3td time. It was the new replacement once the TSB was posted. Different slave unit and a beefier clutch with heavier springs. It feels great.

The dealer told me the stock replacement before the TSB will have the same problem once the dust builds up after 3k mi or so. GM had 65 new ones in stock when he ordered mine.
