Any decent tire shop will have a spin balancer that will do a decent job. A few good tire shops have a Hunter balancing machine that can do a Road Force Variation Test (or something like that) that will give virtually perfect balance for both the inside and outside planes of the wheel, and also check for out-of-round conditions. With big tires, the extra cost is money wisely spent. For best results, ask them to get the variation below 10 if possible. Try doing a Google for "Hunter Tire Balancing".
