I did a search and was unable to find reports similar to mine below.
My left turn signal has now burned out for the second time in 9K miles. The first occurred at 8K. The first time I picked up a new bulb from the dealer, and it didn't work either, so I took it back to them, and they replaced it with another bulb.........problem fixed.
Less than 1K miles later, the same left signal is out again. It would seem there's a problem other than the bulb.
Update: I had to help dealer's service dept. find the tech bulletin referenced here. There's a May 27 that supercedes the May 10 bulletin published here. Philips (as opposed to Sylvania) replacement bulbs in the latest bulletin, not in stock...........talked service manager into ordering 6. They had the old, original Wagner-spec bulbs in stock.
How can the simplest problem not be corrected simply? And of course, no loaner, have to wait, or be dropped off. I bought the first C6 sold by this dealer.
I'm still betting it's not a bulb problem at all, but a connector issue, and BG is fooling around with different bulbs. Thus, I suspect I'll see it again in the not too distant future.
