blue racer, how is it with street driving. I had a Lightning with about 450hp and it was super hard to hook up on the street. Anytime I floored it under 30 mph, it would just spin. I hated not being able to plant all that horse power.

I plan on doing the exact same thing to my vette as you have on yours when I get back to the US. I was considering having LPE install their wider wheel hubs (hopefully they will be available soon) so I could put wider tires in the back. Not sure how much good this would actually do though. Jeff

Let us know how much hp you gained from the headers and highflow cats. Be interesting to see the gain on the LPE engine compared to the gain on a stock engine. Thanks, Jeff

Burton, i have also been watching this. There are a few members with the 500 HP package. If i remember they were mostly automatics and there was still some programing that was being worked on at the time that i believe had to do with the shift points. Someone correct me if i'm wrong ? Anyway try looking at these threads, i'm sure you'll find some info for both A4 & MN6.

Just go to the website and it tells you what is included and how much it costs. http://www.lingenfelter.com/pack_cor_c6_366.htm $6895.00 with the exhaust. I'm sure they will credit you for the exhaust if you already have it. Give Ed Jeff or TIm a call up there and they will be more then happy to talk details with you. 260-724-2552

Just took a look at it and it's a nice price for that package. One question, though: I didn't see anything about air induction. Do they stay with the stock breather?

Hi

I would be happy to answer any questions regarding any of our engine packages.

Our standard 500HP head & cam package for C6 sells for $6895.00 and does include the Corsa S/S cat back system. If you already have an exhaust, we will credit you our full retail price on the exhaust.
We have been using the stock airbox up untill recently, since none of the current systems being offered have provided the same improvements as advertised. We have finally come up with an airbox design that shows a good improvement over the factory airbox.

Keep an eye out for a new thread containing full details.

Ed

Ed, Your site today shows a price of $7,695 for this package. Is there a differential between AT and Manual cars?
