No, there's no price difference in A/T versus Manual trans cars. Unfortunately the price of the package has been raised in the last few weeks, but it is still an excellent value for the performance improvement.
We will credit your exhaust, so you would be looking at a little over $6400.00, not including any options, freight, or taxes.
We can arrange for door to door shipping, feel free to contact us for an exact quote.
HEaders will make a nice improvement in HP and torque, unfortunately we cannot install them here due to the location of the factory cats.

Sorry Burton,
Indiana emissions laws are very clear, we are not allowed to remove or replace a catalytic converter with anything other than a new replacement GM unit.
With that said, we will work on your car if you already have headers and high flow cats in place, or you can install them after we send the car back to you.
