I dont know if the parts have changed or not but below are the part numbers for the changer and harness that I ordered and installed for my C5 Z06. This is exactly the factory changer and harness that would have come in other C5 vettes but wasnt an option for the Z06. Maybe this will head you in the right direction. Its still listed in gmpartsdirect.com

edit: also on the bottom of my install manual, which is a gm document, it states,,,,,,,,,,,,corvette 12 disc cd changer part no. 12491191,,,,,,,,,,,,now im not sure what that number refers too,,,it could be another number for a cd changer or just the part number for the manual.
