Roll Bar
Where in So. Cal can I get an installed roll bar in a C-6 Vert. I want the top to be able to raise and lower with it; and I want to be able to track my car. Your advise please...

Check with the clubs and or tracks you would like to run on. They will give you the technical requirenments.
In most cases it is the SCCA Solo 1 roll bar techs.
2" mild steel .09 to .12 inches thick four point WELDED not bolted in, NO DOOR BARS. Must have diagonl brace and bar behind seats at shoulder level to attach shoulder harnesses.
Roll bar must be padded with in 6" of any possible hemet contact of the driver or passanger.
Also must pass the broom stick rule. By placing a broom stick from the top of the windshield over your head, with your helmet on, to the roll bar there must be at least 2" of clearence between your helmet and the broom stick.
This is close but not exact, contact the track and or clubs you wish to run with.
