Very stout cam!! My 1998 LS1 Formula had a similar cam and the car was somewhat un-streetable. I live near New Orleans Louisina and the hot weather and traffic made it a little worse. Stumble off idle and lurchy in traffic. The cam was 232/238 600 lift on a 114.

You will love this combination Robert, the cam is a little big, but Jeremy has had good results with this, and can give you a really good tune, I'm sure you won't be dissappointed.

Icebourg, are you hanging in there OK? I grew up in New Orleans, and have a lot of family there,so I have been following the situation closely. Hopefully you are one of the lucky ones.

Default Curious about the results

I live in the bay area, know MSI, and would really like to know how this turns out (cost and results). How are you going to get the dyno tune from Formato? Is this something the callaway or MSI arranges remotely? I'd love to come up to Roseville and check out your car when the upgrade is finished.

Good luck!

Thanks for asking. We left a day before all the city declared mandatory evac. I have friends that have lost everything...job, house, family pictures......it is a shame but could have been alot worse. If the storm would have hit New Orleans 25 miles west. Many, many more people would have perished because of the storm surge directly on New Orleans and not just the East side.

I know, most of my family is in Jefferson parish, so they were very lucky. Keep your head down, there's another one coming. Hang in there man

Default Let me know when your car is done

Robert:

I live in San Franisco, but have family in Rocklin, so I get "up the hill" regularly. Let me know when your car is ready and I'll swing by MSI to see the results.

thanks
