Suddenly more road noise.

Is there something that could have separated in the back or around the wheels that could cause this additional noise? At first I thought that maybe I was just being too sensitive to noise, or it was a different road surface, etc. but I notice it now every time the car gets up to about 45-50 mph.
Am I just going crazy and hearing things?
I would check the fender wells, both outside, and by pulling back the carpet inside. Also check down inside of the storage compartments for damage.

Anyway, my first thought was that something under the rear carpeting or in the wheel wells had de-laminated or become unglued, but if it's all one piece, then that's not the case.
My next thought was that the hatch wasn't closed or that the rubber seal had been bent or something to allow sound into the car. Nope.
Thirdly, I thought that maybe something had gone wrong with a tire that was making it sound much louder, but the tires are ok.
And lastly, I thought that maybe the top wasn't securely sealed but I hadn't taken it off and it looks fine.
Thanks for the suggestions though. I'm going to check them all out.
