Default Chevy Tech looking for DBS input

I am a Chevy Master Tech at a Chevy dealer in Chicago.I would like to know what other dealers have been doing to fix your random dead batterys.Obviously it seems more of an issue on M6 vehicles. We are not a high volume Vette dealer so i have only had one C6 with a problem. The vehicle i had came in dead.Another tech replaced the battery. One month later towed in dead again.I checked the vehicle for parastic draw and discovered about a 350mA draw.I found out the customer had installed some type of montion detector which the alarm company wired into some BCM wires. The problem was that whatever way they wired this sensor into the BCM it would not allow the BCM to go into sleep mode. After disconnecting the sensor no more draw.So obviously not all the people with DBS have aftermarket shock sensors.Technicall assistance has told us about leaving the fobs too close to the vehicles, and not shifting into reverse. So what are other dealers doing to fix the vehicles that come in dead?

The dealership likewise looked for a parastic draw. I watched them look up GM's recommended procedures and/or causes on GM's server. The tech found no problem. The car is a MN6, On Star, XM Radio, no aftermarket electronics. New battery and down the road I go. Third DBS in one month. I will continue to have the car towed to the dealership each time until they either fix the problem, or I meet my State's requirements for the Lemon Law. Some people are installing Priority Start. However, that is just masking the real problem and nothing more that Jerry-Rigging a $54,000 car.

after having a customers towed back 2nd time, and chevy tech assitance having no new info i installed a new bcm just to try something, after 15 min. my draw was at 9mA so what ever is drawing down the battery is intermittant. I did remove relay 46, the unused headlight washer, and did measure draw with the steering column lock not engaged. now waiting to see if the customer has any other problems.
