For a car driven everyday, what converters are you guys using and were you happy with the results?

Thanks. That helps. Is anyone using the Yank? If so what size? Any other comments about drivability?

Whenever you go to a higher stall converter, be sure to add an extra tranny cooler if you're going to drive the car on the street. High stall converters heat the fluid more, so you need the extra cooling. Expect to see some loss of MPG in city driving too.

Okay thanks. What about loss on the freeway? Do you think a 2800 is enough or too much for the street?

I have yank 2800 with lpe head and cam , headers, high flow cats and am very happy with it . comes off the line very strong!

Definitely not too much, you'll just have to ease into the throttle instead of mashing it down.
As for a cooler, it's not needed if you lower your fan turn on temps.
