Default Switched power source under the hood?

I picked up one of those double fuse taps to get switched power. The unit is under the hood and I don't want to run anything to the fuse box in the car at the passenger's feet. Are any of the fuses under the hood in the fuse box near the battery for switched power? The wire is run there already.

According to the service manual the fuses below are switched:

Fuse 9 PT input ETC
Fuse 10 Man Trans Sol
Fuse 12 ODD INJ
Fuse 16 EVEn Inj
Fuse 6 O2Sen
Fuse 14 Emission

I would say fuse 10 is your best bet, it only powers the skip shift solenoid. I would probably stay away from the other ones since they are power supplies for sensors, even though it would probably be ok, you may trigger some kind of DTC, esp with fuse 9. Even though it should be switched, I'd double check it with a mutlmeter, should be easy

Just make sure your new device won't draw too much power since you've got that underdrive pulley......j/k.....

LOL, you got me

Thanks for answering as you see not many tuners that install shift lights/window switches are quick to tell you such things when it doesn't find a buck.
