Very Good Customer Service
I think MTI is a vendor here so I think I can say this. I called MTI on Saturday and told them, "yo, you guys forgot to send my pushrods and head gaskets". Dave said, "that's not good". He said that the UPS did not run on Sat but he would overnight them Mon morning. I called them this morning to make sure I was on a list for the stuff and they assured me I was. At 8:30 tonight, yes same day, the UPS man pulls up with my junk. That's Texas to Jersey!
So, even though MTI made a small mistake, it was corrected in an unbelievable amount of time due to MTI following through and UPS doing an unusually good job.
